an officer called me to get some detail on my injuries to add to the report and build a case against him. but he told me his court date on monday is just for his arraignment. he will be called in front of the judge anytime in like a 4-hour window and plead guilty or not guilty. so you guys might not want to waste your time. i do appreciate the interest in going and offering support, though.

his actual trial will be sometime in the future and I will be notified. the officer said it would help if i could make it to that one.

he didn't see anything regarding an insurance company or policy number so it's safe to say the bastard didn't have any. i don't have full coverage but i do have uninsured motorist but that only covers $3500 in property.
